Snowy Conditions Masonry Sidewalk Forms Sheetrock 7-Day Weather Forecast
We started installation of HVAC furnance units this past week. Sheetrock on the walls has started and joint compound materials arrived in preparation for the taping of sheetrock. The suspended ceiling has been completed, and the MEP roughs have started working on the ceilings.
Sheetrock has begun inside and the installation of fire sprinklers, gas lines, and ceiling tile tracks continues to move forward. The exterior has received more brick as well as storefront doors.
Over the last two weeks we have continued the rough-in of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire sprinkler lines. We expect to be finished with the fire sprinklers within the next ten days. We continue to brick the exterior but progress has slowed due to some poor weather conditions. The steeple was set and we have poured the island curbing of the parking areas.
