WEEK 22 - 12/12/10 - 12/18/10

The weather has been extra cold this last week and has really slowed down progress. We hope to see better weather next week and are doing all we can to push through with what work can be done in these conditions. HVAC duct work, electrical rough-in, and fire suppression piping have been able to continue but with some delay.

WEEK 14 & 15 - 10/17/10 - 10/30/10

The past couple weeks we have: continued framing, installed gravel base in parking area, poured portions of the curb&gutter and started mechanical and electrical roughs. The framing has been slowed by recent heavy rains. Our schedule for the next few weeks include: start roofing 11/2, start fire sprinkler, continue with MEP roughs, pour more site concrete, and begin insulation.
