WEEK 5 & 6 - 8/15/10 - 8/28/10

Due to rain, no work took place during week 5. During week 6, we poured the foundation footings, and installed the site sanitary sewer. Next week we will start forming the foundation stem walls and begin site storm water and fire line utilities.

WEEK 4 - 8/8/10 - 8/14/10

This week we started the underground plumbing and the foundation footings. We have completed about 95% of the rough grading. Next week we hope (pending weather) to pour the footings and start forming foundation stem walls. The sewer and fire lines will also start next week.

WEEK 3 - 8/1/10 - 8/7/10

We have completed approximately 90% of the site grading. The concrete footings will start this coming Wednesday, 9/11. Site utilities (sewer, fire, storm) will start next week and continue for 15-20 days. The site grading should be complete by end of next week.

We have finished the grade for the building pad. Next week we will begin working on site utilities (storm sewer, fire line, etc.). Both the concrete and plumbing contractors will begin work on the pad the week of August 9.
