This week we starting framing; which will continue for 4-5 weeks. We have finished the site utilities and dirt work. The rock base for the paving has been re-scheduled for next week.

WEEK 8-10 - 9/5/10 - 9/25/10

The construction is progressing well. We have poured the building slab and have completed about 95% of all site work and utilities. The framing will start Monday 9/27. Next week we will also install the rock base for the paving. Building Slab

WEEK 7 - 8/29/10 - 9/4/10

This week we continued with the foundation work (pouring stem walls). We also made all the water taps, ran the water lines, and started the storm water utility. Next week we will pour the remaining stem walls. Once the stem walls are complete, we can begin preparing the slab for concrete. All the utilities should be finished end of next week. The paving rock base will be installed around the middle of September.

WEEK 5 & 6 - 8/15/10 - 8/28/10

Due to rain, no work took place during week 5. During week 6, we poured the foundation footings, and installed the site sanitary sewer. Next week we will start forming the foundation stem walls and begin site storm water and fire line utilities.

WEEK 4 - 8/8/10 - 8/14/10

This week we started the underground plumbing and the foundation footings. We have completed about 95% of the rough grading. Next week we hope (pending weather) to pour the footings and start forming foundation stem walls. The sewer and fire lines will also start next week.
